* Insurance is not included (I will be retaining it for my next vehicle).

Additional Information

Last year, after purchasing the vehicle, I legally changed two parts of my name due to a personal reason. The change has already been updated with the Department of Motor Traffic (DMT) through LB Finance, and the original Certificate of Registration (CR) now reflects my current legal name.

The vehicle registration book shows my updated name but still contains my previous NIC number. I visited LB Finance this week, and they confirmed that this will not affect the ownership transfer. According to them, the ownership transfer and all related documentation can be completed without any issues.

If required, I can also provide affidavits together with a copy of the letter issued by the Department for Registration of Persons confirming the change of my NIC numbers.
